4 Cups Shredded Beef
3 Tablespoons Butter
4 Tablespoons Flour
2 Cups Beef Broth
1 Bay Leaf
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Heaven Made Products Amazin Cajun Seasoning
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
6 Egg Whites
6 Tablespoons Fine Bread Crumbs

1 Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Whisk in the flour, and cook on medium to make a blond roux 5-7 minutes.
2 Whisk in the beef broth slowly until fully incorporated. Add the bay leaf. Cook for about 7-10 minutes. Then, remove pan from the heat, and remove the bay leaf.
3 Season with Heaven Made Products Amazin Cajun Seasoning and ground nutmeg. Add the shredded beef. Place the mixture in the refrigerator until cold.
4 Shape cooled mixture into oblongs about 3″ long by 1 1/2″ wide. Dip in the egg whites, then roll in the bread crumbs – dip and roll twice. Fry in 350 degree F oil in batches for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
