Ingredients
4 White Fish Fillets
2 Tablespoons Heaven Made Products It’s Incredible Seasoning
5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Capers
1/2 Stick Butter
1 Lemon Juiced
1 Garlic Clove
1/3 Cup Sweet White Wine
1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
1 Preheat skillet with 4 tablespoons of olive oil on medium heat. Season both sides of fillets with Heaven Made Products It’s Incredible Seasoning.
2 Cook fillets 4 to 6 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Then, remove fish from skillet.
3 Add remainder olive oil, butter, garlic, and lemon juice into the skillet. When butter is completely melted, stir in wine and cream. Then, add the capers and cheese – stir constantly so the cheese won’t stick or burn. Continue stirring until sauce thickens. Serve the creamy sauce over fish fillets and enjoy!
