Cajun Fried Turkey

Prior to frying every turkey, we inject 2 cups of liquid, and a bag of our Amazin Cajun Injectable Marinade. Lastly, we generously season the outside of your Cajun Fried Turkey with our 5-star Amazin Cajun Seasoning. Once the Turkey is cooked and seasoned we place it in an oven proof bag and twist it closed with an oven proof zip tie then we place it in a foil pan. If you arrive shortly after we text you that your turkey is ready, it may still be around 300 degrees when you pick it up, bring something to sit the pan on or in, but you don’t want to keep it too hot because it will continue to cook, a cookie sheet is perfect.
