25 Fresh Jalapenos
1 Package Country Boy Pork Sausage
2 Tablespoons Heaven Made Products Amazin Flamin Cajun Seasoning
1 Pound of Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or Cream Cheese
1 Pound Hickory Smoked Bacon slices
1 Cut jalapenos in half, leaving the stems on. Then, scrape out and discard the seeds and white pith. Place all jalapeno slices in a large baking tray with the inside facing up. Then, sprinkle the Heaven Made Products Amazin Flamin Cajun Seasoning into each jalapeno slice.
2 Cut the Country Boy Pork Sausage into thin strips so that they fit into the jalapeno slices. Then, put a generous amount of your desired cheese over the sausage to fill up the jalapeno slices. Finally, wrap the hickory smoked bacon around each filled jalapeno slice.
3 Place the baking tray into oven at 450 degree F for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bacon is fully cooked. Serve and enjoy!
