Prior to frying every turkey, we inject two sticks of butter, and a bag of our Amazin Cajun Injectable Marinade. Lastly, we generously season the outside of your Cajun Fried Turkey with our 5-star Amazin Cajun Seasoning.
The turkeys are then placed in an aluminum pan and covered in heavy duty foil. The Turkeys are available the day you select for pickup. They can be picked up hot if you have a specific time arranged.
Turkey Size: Approximately 14-16 pound
Servings: Feeds 12-14 people.
Important: Pick-up Only (Porter, TX 77365).
Note: Available throughout the year with a 72 hour (3 days) notice.
Sliced Turkeys:
Warm, sliced and placed in a heavy duty aluminum pan covered in foil.
Holiday Availability:
Thanksgiving: November 18-23 & 25-28 (Thanksgiving Day rate applies)
Christmas: December 16-21 & 23-25 (Christmas Day rate applies)
